Sources told AJ Arabic  people were killed and injured in heavy shelling and clashes that have been going on since last night near the minister of interior in Sana'a and near the house of Sadeq Al Ahmar and some nearby government buildings. 

Sources also say forces loyal to Saleh fired tens of shells and missiles from a mountain near the house of Al Ahmar. Several victims fell because of the attacks.”

A journalist from Sanaa (from near Al Hasbah district, where some major clashes are taking place) reports: the following:

1) most violent night in Sana'a in  a long time

2) people are leaving the area in masses 

3) several homes were burned 

4) tribal forces took over some government buildings and police stations.
