Tania Page, a correspondent based in South Africa, has more than 10 years of experience in the field of broadcast journalism. In her role at Al Jazeera, she has travelled extensively, covering the 2008 US presidential elections, the Georgia-Russia war and the presidential elections in Afghanistan.

Page also reported from Myanmar in the wake of Cyclone Nargis in 2008 and from the Arctic circle in the lead up to the UN climate change conference in Copenhagen. Before joining Al Jazeera English, she was a reporter for New Zealand's national news network TV3.
