During his victory speech earlier this week - after final election results were announced - Morsi thanked a number of the governorates in Egypt, and different groups in society (everyone from business owners to tuk-tuk drivers).

Today he's apologising for forgetting a few - artists, for example, and handicapped people - and he's thanking "the Egyptian people, all the Egyptian people" for their support.
