State news agency MENA reports that authorities at the Tora Prison have rejected a request from Hosni Mubarak to be treated by the same doctors who were treating him at the International Medical Centre. 

At Tora today, Mubarak received his blue prison uniform and prisoner number, reports Al Jazeera's Nadia Magd from Cairo.

The authorities have also denied a request from Alaa and Gamal, Mubarak's sons, to be allowed to join him at Tora. They are being held at a separate facility.
