The finance ministers of France, Germany, Spain and Italy will hold talks in Paris on Tuesday in the warm-up to a crunch EU summit later this week, French Finance Minister Pierre Moscovici said.

German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble and Spain's Luis de Guindos were both expected in the French capital and they would be joined by either Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti, who is also serving as finance minister, or deputy finance minister Vittorio Grilli, Moscovici told France Info.
