According to Afghan media reports, a delegation from Hezb-e-Islami, the second largest armed opposition group in Afghanistan, is set to arrive in Kabul for renewed talks with the administration of Hamid Karzai.

Friday's return to negotiations would be the first since the Gulbuddin Hekmatyar-led group said it was suspending peace talks with the Afghan government in March.

At the time, Hezb-e-Islami said the Afghan government was lacking practical policy.
