Russian Arsen Galstyan has won gold in the men's judo (60kg category) competition, upsetting double world champion Rishod Sobirov of Uzbekistan on golden score in their semi-final, before then defeating Japanese Hiroaki Hiraoka in the final in just 40 seconds.
