In a bitterly cold Red Square I've just been speaking to a very angry Garry Kasparov (former chess champion and outspoken opponent of Russian government). "We do not accept these results. It's back to the streets". He estimates that if the vote had been fair Vladimir Putin would have won less than 40 per cent in Moscow itself.
