Alexis Kouakou, a shopkeeper in Montparnasse, tells Al Jazeera Web Producer Cajsa Wikstrom that he'll vote for Francois Hollande because of his ideology on immigration, and his proposals on labour and social policies. 
Workers’ salaries have not increased in the past years, but prices have gone up so workers don’t have enough. I don’t expect a huge change, after all we’re in a big crisis. But if Hollande manages to increase the minimum wage, this could give a boost to the economy. 
I sell my products to middle-class people, so if they have more money, it will also be good for my business."
