Michel Mizrahi is a Paris-based lawyer, and he says that he feels that Francois Hollande would make a much more relatable president.
I am fed up with police watching me everywhere. I am a lawyer, I don't have any problems with the police, but the pressure is always on my back and it makes me feel uncomfortable. This has really become worse since [Nicolas] Sarkozy became Interior minister under [former President Jacques Chirac]. He talks a lot about security, but the problems are still exactly the same. There have been no results. Sarkozy is always lying. I think if he loses, the next few months will be very hard for him. He might even go to jail. When he loses his immunity he will have a lot of problems, such as the [former Libyan leader Muammar] Gaddafi and [Lillian] Betancourt cases.
Hollande is more honest. If there were any scandals about him, I trust Sarkozy's team would have exposed it. So I think his record is clean. And he is more human. Sarkozy is too obsessesed with his own person.
