After intense fighting with regime troops at the edge of Bab Amr neighbourhood in Homs, activists say opposition fighters reclaimed a large part of the area.

Opposition fighters retreated from Bab Amr on March 1 following a 26-day military campaign by President Bashar al-Assad forces.
