Activists this morning posted a video from al-Bayada neighbourhood in Homs.

The narrator in the video says: "This is a forgotten neighbourhood. More than 50,000 people were living here. They were displaced from their homes due to the random shelling. Their homes and shops have been looted.

"The Assad army is in the neighbourhood now. The Shabeeha [pro-government thugs] robbed homes under the watchful eye of the army."
