According to reports from activists, heavy fighting has continued in several areas [in Homs] and there is also heavy fighting in Deraa, which is close to the border with Jordan, between the Free Syrian army and government forces there. We also heard in some of the southern villages very close to the border with Jordan, of a so-called massacre, according to activists, where Syrian forces entered areas in Deraa and proceeded to shell them on Thursday since the morning; many were killed and several were injured.
