Activists in Hama told Al Jazeera that the Syrian Army has closed all exits in the city of Hama today. The exits were closed with armored vehicles.

Activists said the army is now raiding neighbourhoods in the city and arresting people. They also reported shelling on the Arba'ein neighbourhood in the city.
