Panos Moumtzis, the United Nations coordinator for Syrian refugees, said today that the agency is more than doubling its forecast for Syrian refugees this year - to 185,000. The UN and other humanitarian agencies now say they'll need some $193 million to help the refugees, more than twice the amount they appealed for in March.
