Health care reform is once again in the spotlight, as Democrats gather for their national convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The changes, known as "Obamacare", were led by President Obama's administration, and require uninsured US residents to purchase health insurance.

Nancy Hudson, of the Charlotte Community Health Clinic, talks to Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds and tells him they are unable to serve all the people who come to their door in search of help.
